I just posted about my girls night fiesta and it got me thinking about BEERGARITAS! Someone mentioned this delicious drink to me a couple of weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about them [problem, much?]
Here's a link for yummy beergaritas... perfect for this Florida climate :)
Recipe: Equal parts Frozen Limeade, water, tequila and sprite. Use the frozen limeade can to measure. I can't wait to try these.
Here's a recipe I found for skinny beergaritas, for those of you who are desperately trying to get that beach bod for a possible trip to Florida!
Has everyone ever had a beergarita?! I absolutely can't wait to try one of these!

Girls Night Fiesta!
Hellloooo! I'm not going to go on and on about how I've been such a bad blogger later. I'm just going to jump back in and tell you about my most recent get together at my house :)
Quick recap: I moved to Florida about 2 months ago to live with my boyfriend and I have no friends. I've slowly met some of the wives of Gregg's coworkers/friends/bros and I had some of them over for a fiesta last Thursday!
We started with margs...
It can be kind of hectic and nerve wracking to try to make new friends in a new place. I have to remember that it takes time. To make relationships like I have with my current amazing friends, I have to be patient and eventually I'll begin to make those bonds. Until then, I'll just keep inviting them over for delicious food and booze until they love me ;)
Stay tuned! XOXO

I went all out for this fiesta... I have to have girls nights often or I'll eventually go crazy. So, I thought this was a pretty good investment :)
We started with margs...
I admit, this is not a picture of my margarita. I was going to make a very fresh margarita but then I found a light margarita mix so I got that, Pellegrino, tequila and limes. I wish I would have taken a picture of my margs because I have stinkin' cute margarita glasses!
My friend is a vegetarian so I found a recipe for Vegetarian Mexican Lasagna [on pinterest of course]
Mine didn't look quite this good but it was seriously amazing. Gregg and I devoured the leftovers in a couple of days and I swear it was even better a couple of days later. Get the recipe here!
Stay tuned! XOXO

An Irish Gender Reveal
Happy St. Patty's Day weekend, people! We had a very eventful holiday yesterday and I just couldn't wait to share! Not only did we celebrate St. Patty's Day but we also hosted a gender reveal party for our friends Matt & Allie Leigh! It was obviously a very low key gender reveal party but it was so much fun!
I had to decorate with beautiful green flowers!
For every gender reveal party, you have to have a cake with the color of the gender inside!
What is it? Boy or girl?!
I had some leftover batter so I made some cupcakes!
Took our first car bomb at 10am. Feelin' it today.
I made Shepard's Pie and Corned Beef and Cabbage...
Here's a close up of the Shepard's Pie.. I think I might make this more often!
The corned beef and cabbage was not my favorite but it was a big hit!
Even our drinks were festive!
Time for the big reveal....
It's a......
GIRL!!!
The happy couple!
An Irish themed onesie for their new baby girl!
Let the party begin!!!
Sweet tat bro.
We had such a good time for St. Patty's Day! What did you do to celebrate?

The Day is Here! Jackson Hole!!!
I've been feeling sick but I'm happy to say that I'm feeling about 90% and I'm ready to go skiing in Jackson Hole! Hopefully, that extra 10% will be back before I hit the slopes.
It's probably going to be a lot snowier [if that's a word] than in this picture, so I'll just have to take tons of pics and report back! Check ya laaaater :)

My New Fave: Spaghetti Squash
People, have you heard of Spaghetti Squash? I had literally never heard of this magical vegetable until recently and I am gaga over this thing!
There are so many ways you can make it too! My favorite way to make it is in the microwave. I know that sounds weird but it takes 10 minutes and voila! you have spaghetti squash!
This isn't the best picture of my spaghetti squash spaghetti (the sauce was kind of runny, as you can see) but I am obsessed! I also made Baked Spaghetti Squash and it was amazeballs!
Are there any other magic vegetable that I need to know about?!

Hey Crafty!
Recently, I've had the urge to go full on Suzy Homemaker. I want to bake, cook, clean [yeah, just kidding about that one], decorate and do fun at home projects!
Example: My first project. I took a normal busted vanity stool and turned it into something that makes me absolutely giddy whenever I walk into the bathroom!
It's safe to say I'm obsessed with everything Chevron.
I ordered the fabric from Amazon and I'm pretty sure it was originally from Fabric.com - there were so many awesome patterns, I had a hard time deciding which one to go with. I'm pretty happy with my choice. And it was so easy [just measure it, cut the fabric according to the measurements and put some push pins in there] I figure if I want to change the fabric later, I totally can.
What do you think?! What projects are you working on??
