Spa Day Saturday

What a fantastic weekend. I don't feel as relaxed as I should but the exhaustion is definitely worth it.

My Saturday was spent getting ready for our Christmas party and then a spa day with my mom! It was "our" Christmas since I'm not sure where I'll be around the holidays.

We started at my favorite sushi place when I used to live in Bellevue, Lemongrass.

We got nice and full before our spa day at Trace Retreat Spa. I knew I wanted to get my mom some type of spa gift but I also thought it would be fun for us to go together (she's not one to stop and pamper herself). So I kept my eye out for a groupon and it was the best value!

If you've never had a facial, do it asap. So relaxing and great for your skin!

I racked UP in the gift department!

My sister got me this awesome cross body bag from Fossil! I love it!

I also got another little bag...

Ahhh isn't she a beaut! I adore this and can't wait to take this baby out on the town!

I also got the book I've been wanting by Mindy Kaling and a couple of cute movies.

And probably the cutest gift of all... a lobster wine holder. This is going to be perfect in my new house in Destin!

Warning: I'm about to brag... a lot. I had my Christmas shopping done 2 weeks ago! And until my friends and family open their presents, I can't share with you all of my amazing finds... however, I will show you other things I came across and LOVED!

This is something I was going to do for Gregg's sister [she's a photographer] and I thought she would love it and treasure them forever! However, I do not possess the skills to do this. 

Thanks to pinterest, I'm much more interested in making homemade gifts. Check out how this blogger made these treats out of frappucino bottles and reindeer food ;) This could be perfect for a boss or coworker!

Holiday [Pinterest] Treats!

Most of you know that I travel all over, am never at home and never get to cook or bake. And the latter part of that sentence is what makes me super sad. Soooo, I've decided to shake things up a bit this weekend and make some TREATS!

Terrible Thursday

Have you ever had a no good, terrible, straight up awful day? I had one of those today. I cried and felt sorry for myself.

However, I had lots of good that happened today and I have to remember that and I have to get over my problems :) I have fabulous friends, family and the most amazing boyfriend. Much love people and good night!
