What I'm Loving Wednesday :)

After a fabulous weekend with my girls and my man, it's hard to snap back into reality. We had such an incredible weekend and I realized, I'd never been to a beach wedding before! Katie and her crew planned such an amazing wedding.. right down to the favors! They had it all: wine stoppers, flip flops to wear to the beach, coozies, tote bags, chapstick, and the list goes on! Today, I am LOVING beach weddings! Check out what else I'm loving today :)

Okay.. so I was out looking for leases today and I found this boutique that opened THIS WEEK! It's called Bevello and I know where I'm going this weekend.. gotta find a birthday dress!

I am loving this picture of UNC's campus! I was out there today and yes, it was hot as balls. But I stopped to appreciate how beautiful campus is, and I'm glad I did :)

I am also loving that they have a Hot Yoga studio in Chapel Hill! I paid $20 for 7 days unlimited and if you're a regular at Hoga, you know that's a sweet deal. Bring on the sweat!

I know, I'm a little late to the this band wagon but I am excited! Gregg and I started this conversation because we're going to Orlando in a few weeks (ahhh!) and he doesn't want me to feel left out when he is ooohhhing and ahhhing at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or whatever. So he bought me the first book, and I'm loving it!

Welp, that's all I've got for today and it's almost officially Thursday :)

Reading Rainbow

I've been saying for a while now that I feel like I'm getting old. I don't go out like I used to and to be quite frank, I thoroughly enjoy staying in on the weekends. However, I'm about to partake in the ultimate "old lady" activity. Yep, read it here first kids: I'm in a book club.

I am the type of person who makes fun of book clubs. I got the email about the idea of starting a book club and you would have thought it was the best news I'd gotten all week. That's embarrassing. Our first book to read in about 6 weeks is 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'.

Not sure if I can get through this book in 6 weeks. The last book I started reading was in September and I'm still on the second chapter. And everrrrryone said those stupid Twilight books were so easy to zip right through... yeah, it took me a year to finish the first one.

I'm actually excited to read this book and then discuss it over wine and cheese with my girlfriends. Although, if this book club thing is just a gateway drug to needle point and watching Murder She Wrote, I'm out.

Dancing in the rain...

Ok, well I'm not dancing in the rain, I'm just hanging out inside, but it feels like I'm dancing because I'm making the best of it. It's been rainy for the past two days in Toledo so I haven't been able to explore Holy Toledo. Although, I have to say, I'm really enjoying this lifestyle. I'm enjoying a glass of Rite Aid's finest Cabernet Sauvignon and I'm catching up on my shows.

Also, I got a new book called 'Hector and the Search for Happiness' and I plan on starting it after GLEE! It's about a psychiatrist who is not very satisfied with himself... He decides to take a trip around the world, and everywhere he went he would try to understand what made people happy or unhappy.

I'm going to start reading this tonight and I'll let you know if it's on my list of must reads!
