Three Ingredient Pumpkin Treats

I found a new favorite cookie/cupcake [that's right, it can be a cookie AND a cupcake] and I have a love/hate relationship with it. WHY did I make these?! We've eaten almost all of them in TWO days.

They're pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies [or you can make cupcakes] and they are the easiest treat you'll ever make. Also, they are the devil. You've been warned.

These are really the only two ingredients you need. But of course I've added chocolate. But you don't need it if you just want to make some cupcakes or muffins.

Just mix the two ingredients & preheat to 350...

... add some chocolate...

Bake for 18-20 minutes and BAM, you've got amazingly easy and delicious (and might I add festive) cookies. I put the extra batter in cupcake tins and made cupcakes topped with cream cheese & cinnamon frosting. Yep, I had leftover frosting and I added some cinnamon. AMAZE.

I'll leave you with a craft. I went to Michael's and got a letter, twine and a fake flower. The twine was kind of hard so if I do it again, I might try something different.

L for Love, Leigh or Lamb. Either one works :)

Wedding Timeline

I have to post this because I'm kind of obsessed with it.

A few weeks ago, I made a wedding timeline for my friend Lisa. She got married in Kentucky and wanted her timeline to reflect her hometown state. So, we put the entire red state (Politics? Nope! UofL? YES!) in the background. Lisa was tickled and I think they turned out wonderfully, if I don't say so myself!

I made another option without the state but I think the state really gives it a little something extra!

If you're wanting something like this for your big day, visit my etsy store and snatch it up! :)

Apple Crisp Sangria

It's Fall, people! Well, it's technically fall but in Florida it's still feeling like summer. I don't care either way because October means fall and I'm not paying attention to the heat.. Bring on the cider, sweaters and everything pumpkin!

We had people over last weekend to watch football so naturally, I wanted to make football finger food! I'll post something separate on the foods because this one is allllll about the booze:

Here is the link with the full recipe and it'll take you step by step :) but basically you just put the liquids together and then put the fruit/ginger/cinnamon sticks in and refrigerate overnight.

What you'll need:

1/4 cup Agave or Honey
2 Cups Peach Schnapps
2 Oranges
1 lemon
1 lime
2 apples
2 cinnamon sticks
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 bottle Club Soda
Cinnamon
Ice
Sugar
Bottle of Chardonnay

It calls for two cups of peach schnapps. I would start with just one cup and taste it and see if you needed more. Mine was very peachy so keep that in mind when you're making it.

Fresh ginger.. YUM

I let the fruit steep over night and then drained the fruit out in the morning. I added an extra apple and orange the day I was serving it.. that way, the fruit is fresh and yummy to eat.

Wet the rim with some fruit, put some cinnamon sugar on the rim and put a cinnamon stick in it and, voila! :)
